How It Works
-
After an initial walkthrough or review of the property, a custom staging plan and quote are created based on size, layout, and scope.
-
Furniture, décor, and accessories are professionally installed to elevate the space and define how the home lives.
-
It is recommended that the house remain staged until close of escrow. Initial contract is for 30 days, with options to extend by month or prorated date beyond the initial term.
-
Once the seller or agent confirms a destage date, all items will be scheduled to be removed from the home.
Vacant staging is priced per project and varies based on:
Size of the home
Number of rooms staged
Furniture and styling scope
Length of staging term
Custom proposals ensure each home receives the appropriate level of styling without over- or under-staging.
